The hotel is perfectly situated close to the Waterfront, offering a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable, although the single bed might not suit everyone's needs. The service was top-notch with excellent housekeeping. The location is convenient with a bit of an uphill walk to the city center. Dining provides diverse options including vegan choices. The facilities are well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the student accommodation area and within a 10-minute walk of the waterfront with plenty of restaurants. The rooms offer great facilities and a very cozy feel, each with their own bathroom. The service was top-notch, with excellent service provided throughout my stay. However, the area requires climbing a few steep hills to reach the center of Lincoln. The dining experience was delightful, with vegan options available. Overall, a good value for money stay with a few hills to conquer.
